Evangelism In Present World..!

Now a days every where we can hear the word  Evangelism. Churches are inspiring everyone to do
Evangelism. School, College,Office, Travel.. where ever we are.. Hence lets have a look into the importance of Evangelism. 

Lets starts with a verse.  

Matthew 28:19-20

             "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” 

Yes, Now the earth is being evangelised day to day. People are accepting Jesus , being baptised  and saved. It is a fact.. It seems church of Christ is growing.

My question is "are they really saved?"

How can we say that, they are saved?
What made them into Christ?
Why did they accept Christ as saviour?

                          Before answering these questions we have to think about, where we have to start evangelism. Now a days servants of Jesus are running across the world and preaching Jesus Christ is saviour..

                        Based on the recent incidents and news let me ask one question Why these servants are taking the name of Jesus?

Is it really for Christ?
Or is it for increasing the number of church members?
Or Increasing their income?
Or Increasing their publicity?

Answer for these question will answer the questions asked above as well.

I can see most of Evangelism, is happening among the people those are struggling for one time food and clothing. Why is it so? Why can't  we do an Evangelism in upper class or educated people(at least to who are educated about their parent religion)?


Bible says, Jesus preached to both poor and rich,both illiterate and the teachers, both servants and priests, religious leaders.

Its your turn, look around, and find now where Evangelism is happening .. It will answer you , Now a days What type of Evangelism is really going on.. or why it is happening.

It your cup of tea to think about it. I am really not intended to say anything which hurt others. 

But one thing I am sure.. Satan is ruling many of our Evangelists. And It ruins
Evangelism and real Evangelists as well as Separated Christians.

Now a days we can see Payment Receipts for prayers, Like Prayers for students, Prayer for Sick etc

Do you think is it biblical? 

Look around, You can see many type of pentecostal worships even though Our Lord and His words are same.
How can it be different while we are the parts of same body or same bread and blood?

While bible and its verses are same, then how can we be separated as IPC/AG/TPM and it is not acceptable to one another.  Still we are saying we are the part of same body.

I have seen many IPC people who are always kidding on AG and TPM etc. and they are even not ready to participate in others worship. Why is it So.

I can smell that we Christians are separated and treat each other like Nations. 

I can see different rules in pentecostal churches in the different states of India.

Hey .. Let me ask, how can be the word of God different in different states of India? Its not a situation of India alone. I can see pentecostal rules are different for different countries.

Some will allow ornaments, some will not.

Some will allow any type of dress codes, But someone will not.

Some marriages are like Nations(gentiles) using  "Thali" and stuffs, But Some other's do not.

Rich has one rule, Poor has different.

Some worship like angels in heaven, Some worship like in Pub.

But everyone say we are the disciples of Jesus. We are doing right.. We are right..

These thoughts remind me one verse from the New Testimony.


Matthew: 23:13-14

¹³ But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
¹⁴ Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
¹⁵ Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

Mark: 12:39-40

38And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces, 39And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts: 40Which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.

If you could see any such similarities with the current Evangelism. Beware...!

Still do you think that we are in the right way?

Or do we need more Purification?

Or Do we need a change?

If so, We have to think about Evangelism.  

If you think that Evangelism is a process or responsibility of ours to earn souls for Jesus and save those souls from the hell, Before going to convert poor and helpless... by utilizing their poverty ... You have to read the word of God..


Luke: 6:42

How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.

Yes, We are slipping into hell. Still we are advising and glorifying. The refining process should start from within us. Else we will become one of the hypocrites as Jesus said. We have to take the speck out of our eye before others.

The best Evangelism is your living style. Show yourself to others, And let them feel the difference. And that will lead them to Jesus.


Evangelism is not a process to convert Nations from their religion to us and increasing the member strength of church, and through  it the income of church. But it is a process to lead someone to the state of repentance and teaching them to love each other as God loves us.

So our Evangelism should starts from ourselves, our church, Our religion, our leaders, Our priests..

We have to take the speck out of your eye before others.

Praise The Lord. 

Prayer, Worship, Holy Spirit And Anointing In Christian Life

Undoubtedly we can say that,  Faith, Prayer, Worship, Holy Spirit And Anointing are the back bones of christian life. After the time of apostles, the christian community fallen into the hands of POPE.

From the history, Since  2nd century, It seems that whole christian community deviated from the word of god and fell into the rules of Satan. Crusades and its intentions are underling this fact.

From the 19th century, We can see a rise up in christian spiritual life, Through the pentecostal movements. Now a days we can see many of servants are working for the word of god and lead them to earn many souls for Jesus Christ. It is very appreciable that, Now a days many youngsters are coming forward to spread the good news and saving the souls.

Mark 16:15-16

And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. 

We can see many of such gospel groups surrounding you. Many of them teach us differently even word of Jesus is same. I do not know why this happening. It is a funny fact that, even Christians haven't unity about Jesus and still we are preaching Jesus to nations.

Each of such groups have different opinion in Faith, Prayer, Worship, Holy Spirit And Anointing. This situation leads me to study about these.

Recently I have seen some worshipping videos. It force me to think about these subjects.  Finally I found that now a days Evangelism is become a business. There are lot of false preachers. They are teaching according to their business growth.  They are utilizing our illiteracy/unawareness about word of god.

Lets see some videos.

Recent incidents are reviling the same. So it is the time to analyse what are the facts that helping these false preachers to taking advantage of. I can see the modern christian communities really unaware of following subjects. These false preachers are taking advantage of these unawareness.

1. How to pray or What is prayer?

2. How/What is worship.
3. What/Why Holy Spirit and its purpose.
4. More than that, Why Should you be a Christian?




I am seeking answer for those questions from my limited knowledge of Bible.

1. How to pray or What is prayer?

Prayer is the routine part of each and every Christians. Each and every group of Christians owns their own prayer system and style. Some of them are according to bible and some of them are not.  

We can classify prayer into two main categories:-

Scripted prayers: Often seen within the Catholic Church. This is a very orthodox service.

Non- Scripted: Often seen within Evangelical church, this prayer is often not scripted and would be more informal in structure.

Evangelical/Pentecostal believers always tease scripted prayers. However we have to think about why scripted prayers. These scripts where written for all people who ever don't know how to pray. Then it will be come the part of their tradition.These scripts were handed over to the generations and still following the same. I personally do not think those scripts are completely wrong. But Repeating the same script without understanding meaning or purpose is not at all good.

But when we are looking in to Evangelical/Pentecostal prayers, Those are Non - scripted verbal prayers. Just conveying their prayer requests to god. It is very practical and meaning full compared to scripted prayers. However when we are closely observe these prayers, we can taste many similarities and contradictions with the Scripted prayers.

Similarity: Both are so long and some times it feels like Scripted ones.

Contradictions: In Scripted ones, They have different prayers for both physical benefits as well as Spiritual benefits. They are using prayers written for physical benefits according to their personal requirements in their private prayers or various circumstances.  Most of their public and private scriptural prayers are mostly concentrated on spiritual improvements and prising the almighty god.

However, now a days, I have observed, All of Non- Scripted prayers which is happening in church, meetings and personal prayers are simply concentrated with physical needs. All those are taking the advantage of Matthew 7:7  Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you and having long prayers for the benefits of their personal life. I Couldn't say that Total prayer contain only physical benefits. But You itself can estimate how long we are praying for eternal life and how much for physical. I am sure you cannot drive much percent for eternal life. 

These thoughts leads me to have a Biblical study regarding this subject.

But, What bible says about prayer. Lets look into one verse.

Matthew 6:7

And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.

Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

Some times I felt that, Our prayers are like babbling And many of us are still thinking that their many words will be answered soon. Evangelical/Pentecostal believers thinking that, Their long and loud Non - Scripted prayers will be answered. Jesus says that, Theses will not be answered and you will become similar to the Pagans. I am surprised about one thing that, I have not heard any preaches on this words in any Evangelical/Pentecostal churches. their leaders itself promoting  babbling .

Jesus clearly saying that, You father knows your needs before ask him.

Jeremiah 1:5 says that "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart;". In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, " For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.". 

We are singing these lines and we are quoting these verses between our long prayers, But let me ask,  

If god knows what we want, Then why should we ask repeatedly ? Are we reminding them? Do you think god will forget your needs as you forget the needs of your kids in your busy life? God is not you to forget, Our god is the god who counted and recorded our number of hairs in our head. And none of those will fall without his knowledge.  Does any one will ask repeatedly for the same thing that they are supposed to get on time and it is guaranteed? If you are doing so, There are two possibilities.

1. You need is not right and deserved according to the guarantor.

2. Guarantor might have some other plans for you. 

and you would like to obtain you need

The benefit of both scenario is  depending on the guarantor. If the guarantor is your well wisher, Then his plans will give you better circumstances than you expected. If he is your enemy, It will let you fallen. 

If your guarantor is your well wisher, He is your god and he should have planned for better life and you are not thinking about his dreams or ready to hear his words before you ask and would like to walk like your one plans. 

If your need is against his plans, Then you are deciding your future. I am sure if guarantor loves you,cares you, Then he will give up  his plans for your happiness and will let you walk in your ways. It might gives you happiness for a while, But don't forget one thing that you losing precious plan by your god and that was supposed to give happiness for whole life. This is what happening in your life. That Is the reason why your needs are never ending. You are a tough man.. You would like to walk as you wish. 

Still Your loving father never let you alone. He is watching over you. He knows that, Your ways are wrong,  you will struggle, Definitely you will come back with your another demand. Because All of your needs are for today. But His plans was for future. Your plans might give you happiness today, But Not tomorrow because you don't know about tomorrow. But His plans might hurt you today, But not tomorrow. It will give you happiness in whole life. Because he knows your today and tomorrow.  

Your lord knows that you are hungry, You are tiered. That is why, after Jesus said that in Luke 9:13, He replied, “You give them something to eat.”

Matthew 14:16, Jesus replied, "They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.". You have to note one thing here, None of from the crowd have not said, "We are hungry, we need food". But Jesus knows your thoughts and situation. He will give you on time. If he believes in him, Definitely he will never let you down. He will do everything on time.

Then why your prayers are so long? Why your list is so long? Jesus saying that, Matthew 6:26, Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

Your needs will answer you. Look into your "Requirement List". Tell me, How many of them are for today? And how many are for tomorrow? How many of them are for your physical needs? and How many of them are your eternal needs?

Hay Believers, You are saying that, YOU LOVE JESUS, But still you are worried about your physical life. If you really love  Jesus, I hope, You will definitely more worried about your eternal life.

1 John 2:15 says, Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.

Now tell me, Do we love this world more or Jesus? Do we are in the love of our heavenly father or evil? One who love this world will always worried about tomorrow and one who love Jesus will always worried about eternal life.

In Matthew 6:31-34, Jesus clearly says that, So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Yes, Jesus clarify that, Do not worry about tomorrow, Because you are the children of heavenly father. Pagans have to worry about their tomorrow because, they do  not have a father who is planning about their tomorrow.

Now Tell me, Based on your prayers, Are you a pagan? or Children of god?

Hey believers, Jesus says that your father knows your need than you. If you still worried about tomorrow, definitely you are not an actual believer, According to Jesus,

James 2:14-26, ¹⁴ What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? ¹⁵ If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, ¹⁶ and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? ¹⁷ Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

¹⁸ But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your^[a] works, and I will show you my faith by my^[b] works. ¹⁹ You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! ²⁰ But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?^{[c] 21} Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? ²² Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? ²³ And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”^[d] And he was called the friend of God. ²⁴ You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

These words reminding you that, Faith Without Works Is Dead. I would like to have a session about faith later. Hence for now I am leaving this topic here for a while.

Why you are praying loudly, I sense that, most of people are praying with full of their energy even they have MIC in their hand. Do you think that you god is dough? Do you wish , your neighbour should hear your prayers? If so Bible says about you in  Matthew 6:5, "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full". 

I advise you, Don't  be like a hypocrites. Jesus teaching you about, How to pray. Matthew 6:6, Jesus says, But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. I really do not know any other such clear statement is there in bible about prayer. I really do not know from where, these extra loud prayers are coming from. I really don't know bible categorize prayers are loud and secret. Its your turn to teach me that why our prayers are like this. As I mentioned in the introduction of this page, All these are my genuine doubts and I am submitting these are my challenges to get response from you at the earliest.

Now it is the time to go back to my previous quote James 2:14-26. It says that, Faith Without Works Is Dead. 

If so what is faith? Lets have a look

2. Worship

What is worship?

Is it prayer? Is it preaching? Is it Prophecy ? Is it Tongues? Is it singing ? Is it Jumping and speaking like oracles?

if not so, Then what is worship?

As definition it is, the feeling or expression of reverence and adoration for a deity.

Based on the definition,It is an act of expressing reverence and love to god.
Yes, It is an act.

Lets look into what bible says about Worship. Romans 12:1  "I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God — this is your spiritual act of worship."

This is the definition of worship in bible.  Then Why/How you should submit? 

Romans 6:19 I put this in human terms because you are weak in your natural selves. Just as you used to offer the parts of your body in slavery to impurity and to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer them in slavery to righteousness leading to holiness.

Now tell me what type of worship you have? 

Does it means that, Long prayers?

Does it means that, Loud prayers?

Does it means that, Jumping, and running, murmuring in languages which is unknown to you itself and behaving like oracles?

Does it means that, Preaching word of god?

No, Worship is simply means, By bible and religions, It is an act of submitting...

In another words Just following the word of Jesus. 

Jumping,Clapping, singing,pricing, murmuring in languages which is unknown to you itself and behaving like oracles are the act of Fan's not worshipper.  You can see the similar act in the Movie theatre. Do you think that these people are worshipping those actors on the screen? No, You are calling them as Fan's rather than Worshipper. Then tell me what about worship? 

A worshipper is different from the  Fan's is, Fans are just love the actor, It might be his Style, It might be his character.. But None of them are not living according to His commandments. 

Many of us are, Might be including me, are like Fan's of Jesus. We love him, we expect and like eternal life but we will not obey his commandments. 

That's the reason why in 1 Samuel 15:22 God says that, But Samuel replied: "Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the LORD? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams.

Look around, You can see religions are also worshipping their God. Do you think that they are worshipping their God as you are doing?

Ohh, You might say that, They are religions are we are separated from them and children of God.


Hay I am not telling that follow them, But they will define the real meaning of Worshipping. That's Obey the God..


They are worshipping their God by doing, What make their God happy..


And How we are worshipping? By Verbal praising? Some times Like Oracles?


Hay do you think that you prising will make God happy? There are lacks and lacks of angels in heaven, and they are full time praising Him.


I have seen Oracles in Many temples. Those are behaving like normal human being in whole days, until The spirit of gods comes in. Means If their Gods Spirit Got in, They start Jump, Laugh, Cry, Some times cowls like snake or act like horrible.


Many Days I have seen such an acts inside churches and Whole church including Priests support it by saying "Fire is moving here.". They are defining it is the act of holy spirit while anointing and Presence of God.

How can the spirit of Our God and  Spirit of Religions God have same nature? This thought leads me to study about Holy spirit and it nature. I will go though my understanding in Later.

Now we are discussing about Worship. Lets come back to there.

If you go to church with a religion friend, Do you know what he will tell yo about after worship?

Ohhh, Both Hindu gods are christian gods are same, Their behaviour is also same, But The only difference is Hindu gods are Red and Brown, Christian gods are Black and white. I hope pentecostal People understood what I meant.

Worship is very simple.. Just obey god.. Just do His will, Just follow his foot steps.It will make him happy.

Love him more than this world
Love and help your brother and neighbour
Feed someone who is in hungry
Give drink to someone who is in thirsty
Clothe some one who is in need of clothes
Ask forgiveness for you sins
Forgive your enemies
Love your enemies
Hate this world and welcome his world

....... None of other can save you from the hell. Worship your god by obedience...

3. What/Why Holy Spirit and Its Purpose.

Yes, We are at the most important part.. Holy Spirit..

In The beginning, I would like to tell you that, I have not hear much classes about Holy Spirit. However our Pentecostal/Evangelistic groups are still not completely clear about Holy spirit. 

Some Groups teaching people as Holy spirit is the fact, and anointing of it has been stopped after 1 century. 

However another group of people teaching us as it is still available in this world.

In the beginning of my faith life, I was also confused about these. However I can see from bible, It is not mentioned anywhere that, Holy spirit will be available for a short while only. But It says, Joel 2:28, "And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. So I also believe in Holy Spirits presence in the world. 

Then there might be question that, 

What is the nature of holy spirit?How can we identify Holy Spirit?

Why holy spirit? What Is the Benefit of Holy Spirit? 

In a days, People identifies holy spirit by Tongues, Prophesy, Healing.. etc.

Pentecostal people are considered as  Baptized and saved. I.e, They have possessed baptized in water and "they declared with their mouth, "Jesus is Lord," "(Romans 10:9) .

In my personal experience, In many conventions and worships, There will be a separate prayers for Anointing Holy Spirit for those who are not yet received.

How do you know that you have received holy spirit or not?

How can you classify that a group of Anointed or and the group of others?

What is the symptom of receiving holy spirit?

Most commonly we are confirming holy spirit anointing by Falling down, Shivering, Speaking in some unknown languages which in none of you knows, Or behaving like hysteria, Or jumping like horse

Do you think these are the criteria to identify Holy spirit?

Who teach you this?  Bible says,

1 Corinthians 12:3, Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
What It means? Bible says, if you are saying "Jesus is Lord,"  Then you are speaking in Holy spirit.

How can you speak in Holy spirit if you are not Anointed by it?

In Verse 9 it says, another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,

You are calling yourself as believer and you declared your faith with mouth. Bible says faith is the fruit of Spirit.

Still you are saying, You are not anointed. Of course, Somebody teach you wrongly. Do you think some one will beg for things which he/she is having more than enough? But we are conducting separate prayers, fasting, worship meetings for anointing? It is very funny that, Bible conventions are marketed by highlighting this.

Many of false preachers are utilizing your illiteracy about holy spirit. In the beginning of this session, I have attached some videos. This the example of that. We are preaching about Jesus, While we are not sure about him.  Now I remember a verse from bible. (Luke 6:39) He also told them this parable: "Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a pit? Are we blind about Holy spirit? 

An another aspects of Anointed believers is Tongues. Bible says that, Gift of Holy spirit are different. However you look around, You might not be able to find some one with any of other fruit than Tongues. I.e, It is very rare to find someone who received Fruit of healing or prophecy why so?

Do you thing Tongues is low cost, so it is available to anyone and healing or prophecy are costlier and it is given to rare people?

Now you might Quote, As usual any believer, 1 Corinthians 14:2, For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

I am accepting the same. If you are speaking/praying some unknown languages to the surroundings, It means Either you are speaking to someone who understands the language or you are mad and you are burbling. Normally, A language is said to be unknown, only when it is not understandable to the surroundings or the languages unknown to you.  So I am accepting you are speaking/praying to god only. But could you please show me, this language is only heavenly language? Because I have not heard anyone who speak in unknown human languages. Every one having Burbling.

If you are saying, you are speaking in heavenly language, tell me why all of you have hevenly language? Paul speaks both Heavenly and humanly languages. Because he got the gift of holy spirit -Tongues. Does bible any where says that, Tongues will give you only one language? Then why do you have only one? and which you cannot identify its heavenly or humanly. Lets look into bible,

According to my study, I can see that, the word Tongues Mentioned in the Bible, is some other languages which are unknown to us, It is either  exist in this world or in heaven.My assumption is based on following passages .

The Bible first describe about Holy Spirit and Tongues is Acts:2: 2-13. 2 Suddenly there came from the sky a sound like the rushing of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3 Tongues like fire appeared and were distributed to them, and one sat on each of them. 4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them..

Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven. 6 And at this sound the multitude came together, and they were bewildered, because each one was hearing them speak in his own language.7 And they were amazed and astonished, saying, “Are not all these who are speaking Galileans? 8 And how is it that we hear, each of us in his own native language? 9 Parthians and Medes and Elamites and residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya belonging to Cyrene, and visitors from Rome, 11 both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabians—we hear them telling in our own tongues the mighty works of God.” 12 And all were amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “What does this mean?” 13 But others mocking said, “They are filled with new wine.”

Here it is mentioned that,  both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabians—we hear them telling in our own tongues the mighty works of God. It means whatever apostles are spoken are understandable to others those are from the different corners of the world. So it means, apostles spoke in human languages, but which was unknown to them. i.e, apostles are illiterate to those languages and ho;y spirit enable them to speak in those.

Here we have to note one thing that, commonly  used word Tongues, here used as synonym of other Human languages. 

1 Corinthians 14:10-11 says,  There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification.Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me.

Paul says, All languages in this world has signification. I do not think much explanation needed here

Paul says, in 1 Corinthians 12:7, But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 
 In KJV, Paul using profit withal. means, profit for all, not only for you. Now look into the verse,

1 Corinthians 14:4 says, He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

1 Corinthians 12:7 says, profit of spirit is for all and 1 Corinthians 14:4 says, He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself. That is the reason why Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14:19, Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.

However, I have seen many of the pastors in the Pentecost group motivates believers  for praying in Tongues. Many times I have seen lot of pastors, those are announcing "it is my dream all members of our church are praying in Tongues.".  But Paul Says, 1 Corinthians 14:27, If any man speak in an unknowntongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. 

And in 1 Corinthians 14:28 Paul says, But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.

These verses says that,  Tongues is interpret-able. But I have not yet heard any interpretation in any churches.  Then Should they keep silence? 

1 Corinthians 14:21-22 says, In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord. Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.

Bible says, men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people .  I have not seen any one who speak to people. (But I know St.Thomas, Who visited India spoke Malayalam and Tamil.)  However they are saying something by them self and it is not understandable for any one. Does it mean by Tongues? 

Then how can be identify Holy spirit? 

Is it through signs and miracles as many of us believes? I know many of us run behind the miracles and prophesy for their physical benefits and and to know their future. I have seen many of you, they will call a priest, who named prophet by himself or others, before making any of their decision and later yourself will become trapped. Hay men, This is how you are silently utilized by name of God. Open your bible and read it. It is for reading not for an exhibition. Before accepting any preaching/prophecy, Kindly confirm, Is it from God or  Evil? Because Bible says,

Mark 13:22, For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 

It says evil can also do signs. Then how can you identify Holy spirit by Signs?

You can distinguish evil and holy spirit by Its nature.

What is the nature of holy spirit?

Holy spirit has the same nature as god has. What is the nature of god?

1 John 4:7-8, says, Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

If god is love, Then definitely his spirit also Love. In other verse Whoever does not love does not anointed by holy spirit, because holy spirit is love.

That is the reason why Paul says in 1 Corinthians 12:31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way. And It is continuing 1 Corinthians 13:1-3, Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

I do not think it needs more explanation about these verses more that Paul gave. In John 15:12, My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.

1 Peter 4:8, Says,  Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

In whole bible we can see, Jesus and his apostles consider Love as "Above all"

So now lets go back to Holy spirit. we have seen the real nature of Holy spirit is Love. 

Then what Bible meant by Love?

1 Corinthians 13:4-8, 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

In KJV, the word Charity Is used for love.

Romans 12:9, Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.

Romans 13:10, Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

Even you have not gift of prophesy, Gift of tongues You are anointed if you have the great gift of LOVE and FAITH. Because that is the abbreviation of 10 commands.  

Mark 12:28-33,

28One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?" 29"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' 31The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these." 32"Well said, teacher," the man replied. "You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. 33To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices."

If you are Burbling, And you hate your neighbor, Then you are not belongs to Christ. You cannot claim Anointing of holy spirit. You might have anointed by evil spirit. Because, God is Love.
